1 General Provisions

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (address, email, phone number, etc.), please update your account profile promptly. jeta3 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

5.4 Changes to Promotional Offers

jeta3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the terms of any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Any changes will be published on the website before taking effect.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

jeta3's total liability will never exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit. jeta3 will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by jeta3

jeta3 may temporarily or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to verify the account.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Legal obligations or government directives.

10.2 Closing Your Account Yourself

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. If you voluntarily close your account, any bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

10.3 Inactive Account Policy

If an account remains inactive for 12 months or more, a monthly maintenance fee may apply. If there is a balance in an inactive account, the user will be notified in advance.

11 Responsible Gaming

If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that clause will be removed and all remaining clauses will remain in full effect.
